Trim will not trim out at speed

Trim works ok up and down untill we go past 30KPH then will not trim out,this is a 165 6 cyl 250 ci
on a MC 1 drive, on a 20' tri hull

Two things come to mind:

While on the trailer, have an assistant apply full weight to the drive: attempt to raise.
Failing to raise, check the fluid level and top up, cycle the unit several times to eliminate air.

Secondly, ensure that the trim pump has a dedicated, clean and electrically tight ground lead either directly to the battery or engine block.

Thanks Eddie,done all that we had the system apart while restoring the boat if I reversed the hose's and the wiring so as the LP side of the pump was trying to raise the drive would this cause the problem

...anytime you are switching hoses and wiring you are inviting problems!!
Please, consult you manual and plumb/wire accordingly.

Thanks for the replys,I caused the prob,reversed the wires and lines all is well
