Wow Thanks a lot for all the useful information pondtunes!!!... I think i am gonna start with my 110 amp fuse.. It looks like its in ruff shape... I think it is one of my problems... I am gonna do like you said and go out and look for a meter... I decided to go on and purchase a 110 amp fuse and 2 new solenoids just in case something is wrong with my solenoids.. which they have some corrosion and are 20+ years old..

Good luck and be sure to come back if you need help figuring it out, be sure that you can return those parts if you don't need them. We strive to find out what the problem is instead of just swapping parts and hoping you get lucky. Saves you from running all over town and buying things you might not need!

yeah i know exactly what you mean i will post a pic later of my trim system I am almost 100 % positive that 110 amp is gone and i think the lower solenoid is messed up but i will get a picture of it

i have replaced 110 amp and both solenoids and i have power at the button now... I think my trim pump Maybe froze up?? b/c i took the motor apart and she spun like a dream so i am gonna try and find a way to unfreeze the pump

got the pump unfroze and everything works.. the power from the blue wire to the three prong outlet on the trim pump was messed up replaced it and i have up and down power thanks for the help

trim wiring

I have a 87 four winns with a 175hp mercruiser my ? is i bypassed the trim limit switch and every thing worked fine until today i trimmed down a bit unloaded off the trailer, then i went to trim down to take off and it did nothing wont trim down or up the trailer button doesnt even work. I have a quick silver handle took it apart i have power there at the switch i check back at the selnoids i also have power there. I dont know what else it could be or to look for cause the fuses arnt blown. Please help me out
