Trolling Motor Brands

I would like to get your opinions, views, and experiences with the different brands of trolling motors. Thanks!

I presume you mean gas trolling motors. I have a Yamaha 4-stroke 9.9 high thrust that pushes my 24' Striper WA at hull speed if necessary, but throttles down to almost zero. Works very well, have the fuel plumbed from the main gas tank. The high thrust/geared lower unit is important for heavier, bigger boats.
