Looked at a used trolling motor and everything seemed to work great except the foot steer control pedal only moves about half of the way that it should, resulting in the motor not being able to rotate the full range. Do these get hung up, could it just be a matter of hitting it with a little WD40 or is it damaged bad? It's an older motorguide stealth 30lb thrust. Thanks for the help.
