Trolling motor for Chaparral 190 help

Hi, I have a 1994 Chaparral 190 io. It is a runabout/ski style boat. The full length of the stern is a swim deck. I am trying to figure out how to put an electric trolling motor on it. I have seen engine mount trolling motors and bow mount trolling motors. I am not sure which way to go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ever thought about using one of them baffle plates that flip down behind the prop? You may get better response from the general boating or fishing section. I've thought about using one myself, it seems like an easy way out.
