If there is a John/Rude dealer around, you can get the parts there. Just take the model number with you. Glad it ran anyways....

I think I may be missing something on the bow mount or something in the mechnism. When it powered up it really moved the down-shaft like 8 or 10 inches. As if it was going to come to the surface I looked for a latch or something but could not see if there is a locking mech in the pivot next to the shaft clamp. hmmmm
