Hi, I'm new here and I have a few questions about trolling motors. I have been researching them and bow mounted units just seem too expensive. I was wondering what the deal was with the transom mount units that you sometimes see with the handles flipped around and mounted on the front with a mount like this one http://www.customgheenoe.com/gallery2/v/Shop+Options/custom-gheenoe-trolling-motor-mount-1-lg.jpg.html. Does the top part of the trolling motor just have set screws that can be loosened to rotate the head or something. Just looking to save a little money. Thanks.
