HI, I just bought a 1997 1954 fish/ski. It has a bow mount that i am upgrading to a model with a longer cable and hand held remote. I am wondering has anyone used a trolling plate with this size of motor (3.0) and how it preformed or should i look to invest in a small 4 stroke kicker instead. Thanks for any help you can provide.
