any easy way of running wires to helm

there are some tubing that runs on the starboard side of the boat clear to the cabin area. You can see them by opening the transom hatch cover on that side. Use a "fish" tape to chase the wires I believe it is about a 2-3inch tube. Remove the acess panel located just below the carbon monoxide detector.I just installed some Lenco electric trim tabs a few weeks back and was able to run all wire with no help.

ran the wire yesterday,beautiful. been raining last couple of days
will drill some holes in the boat when weather improves.
