O.K. lets get with your question:<br /><br />You can pump it out with an electric fuel pump attached to the fuel line.<br /><br />You could also siphon it out - - run the fuel line (I assume rubber fuel hose) through the drain hole at the bottom of the transom.<br /><br />You could also pump it through a filter/seperator with an electric fuel pump and back into the tank if water is the problem. I would not do this with old fuel.<br /><br />There is another process called polishing but that is done by professionals & not worth it for 25 gal.
