Trouble getting my old profile back

Hello all, long time since Ive been on.

I cant remember my password from my old profile, and my email has changed so I cant get it reset.

Any way to gey my email changed on my old account?

you flag your post, type a really nice letter to the mods with your prior user name, email address, etc. and ask them nicely
