Trouble Installing Prop on Suzuki DT115

ok, I removed the prop and it came off real easy, I sent the prop in to have it remanufactured and got it back and started to install it and something is not right. When I place the prop on the shaft, there are not any splines sticking out to attach the spacer to. any ideas? I can take some pics and post them if anyone needs them. Thanks in advance.

PS this is my first prop install

sounds like they pressed in the wrong hub or not pressed in enough
