Trouble Starting

I have a 1969 4 cylinder 50hp two stroke mercury. i have gone through the whole troubleshooting list in my manual and on iboats. There is a nice fat blue spark on all cylinders good compression and the spark plugs are nice and wet after turning it over. I can figure out what the problem is. The carbs were just rebuilt. I am forgeting somthing?

Fuel quality/ratio, flooding(carbs issue), timing, Choke operation. Just to name a few.<br /><br />My money is on the choke.

1-choke<br />2-lean idle mix<br />3-floats are set to low<br />Dunaruna is probably right
