troubleshoot my Suzuki DT65...fuse??

went to run the engine for a little...no trim/tilt and nothing on the ignition...figured battery was dead...had it tested and it was good. put on the charger overnight...went back out and still had nothing...? what would effect ignition and trim and tilt besides dead battery? it is a 96 suzuki DT65

Also check the connections, particularly at the battery especially if you have wing nuts. Check to see that they are clean and tight. Check the power cable and ground on the engine side also. You may want to remove the cable connections, clean the contacts with sandpaper or similar and retighten everything. I'm betting that is where your problem lies.
