When you measure the sender resistance, it needs to be disconnected from the gauge....... You take the sender wire off the S terminal, then measure between the wire and ground.

Okay here we go:

I messed with the sending unit position a bit to see if I could get it between 240/33 as achris suggested. The best two I got was 57/207 ohms and 74/205 ohms then I left it alone at that point. This was all done with sender wire disconnected and measured between S and G, power OFF.

With the power ON, I measured the voltage across the terminals. 10.9V from G to P, 5.67V from G to S.

Gauge still sticking and will move when tapped.

Your mains voltage is down, but I suspect you've been running the pump quite a bit and that's dropped the voltage. If the gauge is still sticking, replace it.

You're right, I had been messing with it all week going up and down without a charge as well as turning the lights on at night so I could see. I'll plan on replacing the gauge. Thanks for the help!
