So I am not sure this is the place to post this, if not I apologize. I have tru course steering, there is a decent amount of resistance when i turn the wheel, it will turn and so does the sterndrive from lock to lock, but shes just stiff. I have read several posts about this and most say (and so does the awful seloc manual) that I need to grease the fittings, 1 located on the outside about halfway up the IH, and the other on the inside of the IH. Another post says to grease a hole located halfway up the drive. The problem with all of this is I cant locate these grease fittings anywhere, Ive looked for pics, I have checked posts, Im at a complete loss. There was also a rouge post I found saying some Tru-Course setups dont have grease fittings. Any help would be appreciated...
Just for laughs... I took this thing out for sea trials a few weeks ago and the steering made me look like i had been partying all night when i was leaving the cove...
