truly free text app? hmmm

Just downloaded "whatsapp". it works and dumps texts into your email inbox (on my Bberry). Anyone use it before or another app like it or better than it?

I've been using Whats app for over a year now on my iPhone.
Never had a problem with it and does what it says on the tin.

Great for keeping in touch with my family abroad as long as you have wifi or data package.
You can send pics, see when the messages have been delivered and when someone is typing a reply.

Good app.
