I just saw on tv where the used WD-40 Rust Release Penetrant in an engine, or, how about PB Blaster? Spray the motor down with either one and put it in a plastic baggy and let it sit. Just a thought....

One possible game0breaker is if the two parts have actually "galled" together which can happen with those die-castings plus moisture.
You could try gentle heat in a double boiler with a solvent....completely immerse the parts...be careful not to cause a fire hazard.

YUP, take the glow plug off, break the head free and screw it loose.
The crank/piston if in the TDC +- will let the head drop alittle, fill full of some sorta breaker fluid, PB ETC let hang for awhile (days), screw head back on and slowly tap the top of the piston with a piece of wood (something soft), it will break free.
Bin der, dun dat!
