Trying to find correct prop pitch for my Chris Craft Concept 27

I have been searching everywhere trying to figure out the correct prop size for my 1996 Chris Craft Concept 27 cuddy cabin. It has twin 5.0L Fords with Volvo Penta Cobra SX outdrives. The previous owner changed the props out and I believe they're causing some issues. In reverse the boat has almost zero power, I can barely back it up even at full throttle. Getting the boat on plane is a bit of a pain, unless I ease the throttle over 45 seconds or so the bow will just stick up in the air. Once I have it on plane it runs fine and will do about 55mph. I'm thinking I need to change out the props but can't find anything about the prop size/pitch for this boat. Anybody here have any advice?
