trying to find parts on Iboats

for my 1982 35hp evinrude. I found the carb kit but have not been able to find the impellar. I tried using the "Narrow your search" field. The factory evinrude part number is 0388702 ($20 from evinrude and in stock).

Should I order the carb kit w or w/o the float?

Should I get just an impellar or the water pump repair kit (include impellar from evinrude and costs $50)

The evinrude carb repair kit is $30. Should I order everything from evinrude or is the Sierra or Mallory kits just as good for less money?

Final question. I want a factory service manual. There is a SELOC manual that covers the 1982 35hp. Which manuals are the most detailed? For my car and motorcycle I have the OEM service manual (by helms) and would like an OEM service manual for this outboard. I couldn't find a Ken Cook manual (looks to be OEM) covering the '82 model. thanks for your help again.

I just ordered the waterpump and carb kits you recommended. I changed the manual to the 35rcn (mine is a e35rcnd). I also ordered the 13" pitch prop CAtransplant recommended. Thx for your help again. Hopefully the manual can begin to answer my questions from now on! Thx again.
