That engines lower unit has hydraulic assist.There is an oil pump within the lower unit.The fuel mix is 50:1 using TCW3 oil and 87 octane gas.The correct Champion plug is L77JC4 gaped at .040"Not knowing the overall weight of the boat or health of the engine ,I'd guess a 13X15 or 13X17 prop would be ballpark.The final prop decision needs to be made after a water test and using the engines recommended wide open throttle operating range as a baseline.5500 at WOT with an average load would be a good target.
