The first time I went tubing was down trinity river sharing a tube with my mom.. Part way down I got all upset becuase my mom wouldn't let me out or off the tube.. I starting to pout and cry becuase all I wanted was my pole. We saw some beautiful trout and salmon going down river and all I could do is complain to my mom all the way to painted rock about not having my pole.. The next day we went again and I snuck my pole with me and stuffed worms in a paper napkin and tucked it in my top.. Boy was I surprised when the napkin fell apart and the worms were free. My mom however was just going insane about the pole, but didn't really think about the bait. I'm going to really get you if you don't get these worms off me, were her words and we both kind of laughed.. I fished while she guided the tube.. It was a fun weekend. Poor mom she got most of the rocks on the bottom for I was making sure I was sitting on top checking out the fish in front of us..
