Very wise of you to ask m.qualls89. I agree with the others that most of the time around 25 should be the limit. However, as mentioned earlier a lot depends on the water conditions, the type of tube you are pulling, and how you are driving. I have a very large tube (the Costco version of the Big Mable 3 seater) and have had no problem pulling straight and gentle turns at around 30 in calm waters. However, I slow down significantly for hard turns and when the water gets rough. Don't be tempted by younger friends begging you to "go faster!!!".
I have been thrown off going about 35 and it felt like I got hit in the face by a bag of batteries.
