After my last thread http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=242388
I have given it a lot of thought and decided to go with an aluminum prop because of the type of boating I do, and the car sized rocks in the LI sound.
So I was just about to pull the trigger on a TP Hustler prop, and decide to go to their website only to discover they have new Props for 08, which are not listed on iboats as of yet [at least not for my Yami]. They have a new hub system that is compatible with Merc and Michigan Wheel. It does not matter in my case because I have a Yami, and will need a new hub anyway. I have yet to see a price on these new props, and what difference there might be besides the hub [ in my case a Legacy prop] or should I just go with the Hustler and be done with it.
FYI I'm choosing the TP because of the reviews I've read here on this forum. I like the fact they use rubber in their hubs, and vent holes even on aluminum.
1 more Q, where are they made?
