Sorry guy's, I'm so ticked off I forgot to post back. If you remember in my first post I stated that the props had been sent off to the local prop shop to have an MRI and the diameter and pitch exactly matched prior to the boat being launched. To make a long story short, the idiots at my marina went against my instructions and lauched the boat without me there and somehow mangled one of the props. Just got the props back from the shop (again) and all is well, engines are within 100 rpm's of each other. Thanks to everyone on here for their help and suggestions.

I would say that we all learned something considering all of the good noodling. Amazing, how these sometimes come down to the simplest factor, but it was eliminated from the discussion. I think any of us would have made the same assumption considering the props had just been done . . .
