Twin OMC mech stringer on dual station boat (flybridge)

I have sometimes wondered how the steering was setup on a boat with twin OMC mechanical stringers and dual station (flybridge boat). I saw this picture of such a boat. So I'm asking, is this steering arrangment original, or did the boatmanufacturer build it himself?



The electrical Stringers were made like this, but I have never seen it on a Mechanical Stringer.
