I am currently running a 55hp and a 9.9 on my pontoon with a separate gas tank for each. Stumbling over the second tank and weight I dont need in the stern. Would like to run one tank thru a fuel filter and feed both motors. What problems might I encounter and which filter will allow a single input and dual outputs? Does anyone offer a tank with two outputs? Seems to be conflicting opinions over the best way to do this. Apreciate input from anyone doing it and suggestion for best filter from Iboats to get it done. Thanks

Re: two outboards, one tank

Almost all water/fuel separators/filters have multiple input fittings and output fittings.

All you need is a squeeze bulb between the filter and each motor.
