Re: Tyme's last week:They want me to stay

Whoa, whoa. No animosity here on my part. Management just can't conceive that I am leaving with only 3.5 years to go to actually retire. They think they "own" each and every employee that stays more than 3 years with them. I've been a pharmacist for 31 years ( not all years with this employer) and that's long enough. I'm done.

*still confused* so can you afford to retire now? What do you get if you stay another 3.5 yrs? A fat pension check might be worth waiting for if you know what I mean.

The biggest question is, how ever will you be able to afford your own prescriptions now? :D Seriously, those precrips can be EXPENSIVE... I didn't really think much about the cost of precrips until my last one that was $10/pill AFTER the insurance paid it's part... that's ridiculous.

Ask your doctor if there is a generic drug......;)
Pharma is always ready to rob your eyeballs out.....
The "CR" that follows the drug name means "Continued Revenue".....;)

being a veteran, getting your meds thru the VA is an $8.00 co pay per RX per month, no matter what it is. it beat the heck out of the medicare part D programs, for me.
