Well I was hamming it up for the camera. However, that is like a $200 swim platform that I put on my list more of a "this is a list of stuff I'm going to eventually buy" and I wasn't expecting anyone to actually get it for me.

Congrats on that swim platform! I would have concurred with the Etechs though.... a working powerplant is always a plus! :D

Ms. Clause about lit me up when she found out how much my down riggers were. I was ordered not come home unless I limit out each trip! Have not broke the news to her about the new poles and goodies needed to run riggers yet. :)

You can drink those 80 K- cups of coffee to keep awake and finish up your projects. Nice gift.

I know the feeling ez.I made a list and told my wife I need these things for the boat and bless her heart, she got me a the GARMIN 300C. This will be a nice addition to our medalist when the boat can go back in the water this spring.

And the happy face is genuine, I did not think anyone was buying me stuff for the boat!

I got an Endura, aqua-shield boat cover for myself for Christmas. I am really happy with the cover and how well it fits...and it even has an outboard cover built in. I got super lucky and got the last one on a closeout sale right here from iboats. I also threw in a new throttle cable as a stocking stuffer.

TSG nice Garmin, and great cover Bunker.

My wife put some marine vinyl under the tree, I'll be testing my sewing abilities recovering a swing back seat that will be the new captains chair / storage or cooler. Very Happy.:D

I would like to hear how you like that garmin fish finder!

I have been looking at the echo 200 my self, even told my wife what model I was looking for.

I did get a $75 gift card to cabelas (going twards that echo 200, gas tank, or new seats), and some air tools that will be very handy with my trailer rehab and changing the timing belt on my mercury(impact gun) :D

Re: Under the Christmas Tree....

It might be a while before I can get the 300 installed. The boat is in our garage and it's kinda a tight fit LOL. If I stand up my head will go into the spare bedroom floor. My wife said she did her research and the reviews said that this is a good Garmin. I just took it out of the box and drooling over a new toy, I mean a very important electronic device.

As soon as I get it installed I'll give you an update.
