That looks similar but the model in the photo is slightly larger. 23' and the cuddy has a teak wood deck and a window; whereas the Seastar Caribbean doesn't. Also the tri-hull tells me it is different. So are we agreeing it isn't a Caribbean?

Can anyone else take a guess on what model this is or help me find out information about it. The Glastex boats are hard to learn about. Anything more would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Exactly what kind of info are you looking for?

Did the boat come w/ a title &/or registration?

If you want to try & keep the current motor/drive combo, as mentioned it can be challenging to get parts & service, but look for a factory service manual. There will be little to no useful info in a Glastex XYZ model owner's manual.

Since you're having trouble finding any info out online about Glastex, it may not be 'important' to do a factory correct reheb, unless you just REALLY want to....

Did you find info that indicates yours is a SeaStar Islander instead of a Glastex:
I am working on a 1977. Please reply and I could use some helpful info. Thank you.

Try to avoid posting in inactive threads, where the original poster [OP] hasn't posted in 90+ days. They have a huge red banner across the bottom of your iboats window. Treat the inactive threads as a library book, for research only, don't write in them.

If you'd like to contact the OP, use the PM system to contact them. Some may no longer frequent the forum, some just don't keep their thread(s) active..........
