14 FT aluminum utility,made in Topeka Kansas,HIN AQ 5373,what brand is this?

What does the paperwork say it is? many boats built before Nov. 1972 did not have a HIN, they had a serial number, that one might be a state issued number.

It does say inside the boat B&N aluminum boats Topeka KS ,sorry I forgot that.

Then you have your answer already... B&N is the manufacturer and its a 1970 Falcon per the title issuing authority.
