unknown Japanese outboard 1hp

I just bought a little Japanese outboard from a junk yard for next to nothing and just got it to run but it does not have a recoil starter on it or a gas tank but there is definitely a place for it so I need to know where I can find that stuff for it. Model-6700 NO.04342 tag on it says HMC marine. THANKS

I found one on ebay but it's not in my price range. There are some other parts being sold but not the ones I need. Thanks anyway at least I know what I have now.
