Unknown old outboard can you identify ?

Can't find much to go on - looks like a Neptune ???
Tank is maroon color, carb part number is AJ21A and under the magneto it says E Phelon Co Springfield, MA F109

I have some pics but can't fiqure how to reduce the size to post them here.

AJ21A is a tillotson carb used on the Neptune motor.Motors appear older than they are.Production ran from about 46-early 80s basically unchanged.
