update 3.0 mercruiser

just to give a little update i posted a while back i was haven trouble with my 89 searay 3.0 mercruiser it was getting hard to start and then i was loosing rpm down to 2200wot started asking questions and thought i had a blow head gasket cause i had really low compression in the 2 and 3 cyclinders took to a friend who looked it over and i had 2 burnt valves between 2nd and 3rd cyclinders so he sent out to a machine shop to have the heads redone should be back in the water in the next few weeks.. thanks for all who responded to my questions it was a great help to fingure it out..
