I have a Johnson 150 oean runner that I have narrowed fuel issue to the motor somewhere. Was running fine until a few weeks back when Voltage Regulator cooked due to running tilt up to high from what I can tell in shallow water. Didn't get enough water up into the head from the way it happened.Tail was always in the water below inlet but running low rpm. I replaced regulator and motor seemed to start and run fine. After about 3 min running at idle on the muffs steady alarm sounded. I ruled out overheat by disconnecting sensors, alarm stayed on. Determined the the vacuum switch for fuel restriction is the source of the signal to the alarm by processs of elimination. Swapped internal tank with aux/portable tank hooked up direct to the motor bypassing water seperator etc. Same results. Once alarm sounds If I pump primer bulb (which is brand new as well as hose line) alarm goes of after one pump.Checked gas filter on intake looks fine nice and clean. Build pressure on bulb and see no leaks on hose fittings and bulb stays firm. Starts up first shot but after same period at Idle alarm goes off until one pump on the bulb to rebuild pressure. Any thoughts, Based on the manual I'm thinking somthing in the fuel module assy but up for suggestions.

Sorry for the long post trying to detail as much as I can.

Thanks
