Still have an issue (boat in signature)and I had a guy drive my boats that has driven boats for 30+years and states that he feels the problem right away. SO I eliminated my newbieness out of the equation.

My question is on a counter rotating engine that is hooking to the left, should I set my torque trim tab's trailing edge to the right? I have tried setting this to the left as per manual, but the manual doesn't specify right or left rotation.

It should be moved in the direction that the boat is turning. That tab is there to act as a small rudder in the propwash stream, so the rotation of the prop does not matter, just the "direction" of the propelled water.

The counter rotating may have other effects that the tab was not meant to correct maybe.
