See prior thread for history- last night I took of the oil cooler to check to see if it is plugged- blew it out and re-installed. nothing- still running hot at WOT- for update- replaced: IMPELLER, RISERS, THERMOSTAT,- couple questions- when I first wet the boat, there was a lot of carbon out of exhaust and the risers were caked with black carbon (like it was running too rich) Should I replace the manifolds (I have a spare set) Also should I replace the water circulation pump (I have a spare of that also). Last question- do you think that the boat is coming too far out of water and it is sucking air at WOT? Runs hot at full throttle- but goes back down when boat goes back to 1/2 throttle. Tonight I will put a clear hose from oil cooler to thermostat and check for air bubbles at WOT. I will let you guys know
