Update on Michigan Ballistic prop

Several weeks ago I posted a thread about an off center rubber hub in a brand new Michigan Ballistic prop, causing the prop to wobble and hit the lower unit casing. I received no reply to my email--maybe it got lost--so I sent a letter with a couple of photos showing the hub.

The nice folks at Michigan customer service agreed with me that the hub was defective. Since I explained that I do replace hubs myself, they gave me the choice of sending the prop back for repair or sending a new hub to me.

Way to go, Michigan. let's hear one for a company that stands behind its products.
