ok, so i took the boat out today to see what would happen after adding the casting deck and such to the front end, and also to see if the bow mount motor worked out, i added that also this winter,
worst day of my life, first off, i put the trailer in the water, the boat deceided to fall off the side of the trailer, after screwing around for 10 minutes, i got it off the trailer, with no gouges in the aluminum, next, i stepped inot the boat, the damm thing almost flipped over, right away, i knew the center of gravity was way too high, but i kept going to see how the motor would work, now i made a mount for the motor on the side of the boat and everything seemed fine at first, unitl i turned the speed up and the aluminum flexed, which let the board i had between the boat and the motor slipped out and the motor started to fall in the water, now this was a brand new motor and of course i dove off the seat to catch it and this is where the high center of gravity came into play, the water was very cold, but i saved the motor,
then the boat would not go on the trailer, no matter what i tried, i pulled forward, pulled backward, didnt matter, so since i was already wet, i walked in and guided it on,

needless to say
as soon as i got home and dried off, i took out the casting deck, went online and ordered a mounting bracket from minn kota for the motor and swore to the wife that this was all her fault!!!!!!!!!!
