no kidding...that looks like a great shop to really spend some time in...beats the heck outta trying to work on a boat while you are swatting away the skeeters ( no, not the bass boat ) and keep from sweating too much while you are grinding the glass....

thanks guys but only got to use the shop for painting the rest of the work was doging rain drops in the drive way
it's been over a year in the prep
had the trailer hanging from 2 10 ton cranes that part was a treat

Looks great! That is the coolest design. Looks like something out of a James Bond Movie. The raised portion at the aft end of the top sets it off. Very cool look.

The first time I saw a boat on stands I was amazed people were willing to work under it. Looked like quite a balancing act. But that is in fact the correct way to block it up. All the V-bottoms I have seen blocked were set on blocks under the keel and one under each corner of the transom. I have also seen them that way with two extra stands on either side just for support. I was told by a yard master that if the boat is supported incorrectly it can buckle the sides. Looks crazy I know. My boat has been blocked the same way for two years and has never moved once. It has even survived some high winds! (knock-on-wood)
