Shouldnt be any correlation......... I think a printer driver issue? Was for a customer at work, and he "says" started after upgrade, checked all settings, but IE8 upgrade would only affect internet printing I would think, weird....

Not much help but I have installed IE 8.0 on several machines and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.There doesn't seem to be any one thing that is affected,sometimes the video,sometimes it will not access the internet and other problems.I just uninstall it and everything goes back to normal.In most cases I wait a few months and reinstall it and very often it will work ok.It is not predictable.One thing that can sneak up on you is if you have to reinstall your operating system be sure and remove IE 7 and IE 8 first or you will have big problems ahead of you and the only way to fix them is uninstalling those browsers completely before you are able to do the reinstall successfully.Ron G
