upper cheapeake raft-up locations.

Hello, again 3 weeks out till our upper chesapeake vacation. I entered a post a couple of months ago about fishing spots etc. on the upper chesapeake. I thought I would post another on now looking for raft-up spots,swimming holes(sand bar) locations. we will be comming out of the Bush river. We will do a little fishing but I think most of the time will be swimming/crabbing and tubing. The location of any on the water restraunts and bars would be appresheated also.

Not sure how far up your coming but I always enjoy anchoring on the Bohemia near Hacks Point bridge...its in the slow-zone so it's nice to float around out there.

your about 15 miles out from where we will be comming out of. I plan on going up to the flats so there good chance we will swing by.

yes the bohemia is calm and great for anchoring over night.Also if u have kids if u go past the bridge you'll c a little beach. There is a sand bar in front of it.great place to anchor and let the kids have fun. Just make sure your depth finder is working properly cause it gets shallow quick
