Upsetting morning

I was walking out of the supermarket about 200 feet away, I heard it happen, I'm really shaken up about it.

Sucks to be around something like that but it was not your family . Be grateful for that , it will take a few days to shake off .

Tragic. Awful for you to have to live with those memories as well. I was at a plant where a lady was trapped by a steel coil about 3 years ago. I headed up the attempted rescue and CPR etc but she died. The memories fade but never go away. This story just brought it back once again.

i had a friend who did the same thing at the end of their driveway. their young children were in the house at the time. very tragic.

Be very glad that you do feel something. If you could witness a murder/suicide and NOT feel something about it, then something would be seriously wrong with you.
