URGENT raymarine L365 fishinder not working

hey guys, i have a problem with my now three years raymarine L365 fishinder, for the first 15 times out this year it work fine. now when i plug it in with the boat on dock it only flashing 00 dept i see no bottom on it any more, only temp no bottom or dept. what could be the problem??? need urgent help i have a fishing contest this saturday thanks for any input.<br /><br /><br />bolo

Couple of things to check: the transducer in the right possition (not flipped up) and clean (no junk growing on it); and the connections on the back of the display. I had one of the 12V pins break on my L265.<br />They only charged me $45 to repair it (they replaced the card inside), they also replaced the push buttons on the front.

thanks for the info, i ship the unit to raymarine they got it, but they caunt get back to me with info antil two to three weeks, bull, all i can do is wait.
