US MARINE FORCE 5HP NEED PARTS

Hello i am new to working on boat engines and i aquired a US MARINE FORCE 5HP MODEL# 52F8A SERIAL# 1429 I need the coil plate, the complete pull start assambly and the top and bottom cover (fiberglass/plastic) i have looked all over the net but have had no luck PLEASE help thank you very much

New parts are goint to cost you a fortune, IF you can find them sitting somewhere.<br />Best bet is to keep an eye on ebay for a complete motor. Yours is a 1988-A model.<br /><br />Available from any Mercury dealer:<br /><br />Some of the pull start assembly parts are available.<br /><br /> Looks like the coil plate is not available, but some parts are available.<br /> <br /> Top and bottom cowls are not available for the 1988 models, but are for some later years.<br /> <br />Good Luck.
