I was curious if it is ok to idle for a extended period of time with the water muffs attached to my force 125 model 1258x6a . I notice alot of the water seeps out around the muffs . This is my first force so i just want to be sure im not gonna burn it up . I searched for directions on decarbing and since i just bought the boat i think i should do so incase it wasnt done .

Re: using muffs

One thing to remember. In the Seloc manual in bold print it says to never put engine in gear when it's not in water. So, keep it in neutral with the muffs.

Measure that barrel first. A 125 won't fit in a standard oil drum.<br />Bud
