v hull boat bumper missing?

What is the bumper thing called that stops a boat when you put it on the trailer.It connect to the winch on the trailor.Mine is missing.I know i sound dumb but thats the best i can explain it.I know i need it because the boat will hit the winch if i dont get it.I bought the boat used and it was missing.
