v4 prop, wot and slip questions

FInally took the boat out for the season today and noticed i was only runing 5400 rpms at wot with a speed of 33Mph( pickup tube). The prop that is on it is 13.25 X 15. Is the slippage low enough?? what size prop should i have??<br />thanks<br />dave<br />1989 18' glassmaster center console (1700lbs)<br />1989 90hp crossflow (new rebuilt)

The rpms are sorta OK. Where is the cavitation plate relative to the bottom of the hull? Measure & post back.

it is right about even with the botom, mabye a quarter inch higher.<br />thanks<br />dave
