I have 1991 4.3 OMC Cobra with the 4.3 gm.It has a holley 600 cfm 4 bbl.It says on the valve covers 210 hp.It wot at 4800 rpm.By gps around 53 mph with 2 people and smooth lake.It is in a 19 ft bowrider.<br />My neighbor has a 20 foot with 4.3 2bbl.For what it is worth I can easly pull away from him.<br />We both have 19 inch props.<br />Thats the basics in how I see it.

Phil I believe you, however keep in mind your boat is a foot shorter and a bowrider so it is probably considerably lighter. Is the 20' boat also a bow rider? What is the weight difference?

Paul to be honest with you mine is actually 19.8 feet and his is 20 feet.His is a Bayliner and mine is a Mariah.They are both bowriders.This is all I have to go by in comparing the 2 bbl. and 4 bbl.4.3 gm engines.
