center plugged
lower to bottom cover middle outlet
top out let on bottom cover to bottom carb vacuum
now the bottom cover out let is just open, the book shows it going some where but its hard to tell where, i've had the boat a long time and it doesnt seem to afffect anything, but where should that hose go?

Re: vaccum lines

Those vacuum lines are part of your fuel recovery system. The excess fuel from each cylinder is ported to the crankase for re distribution. In addition, there is usually a line going to your airbox to collect the fuel that accumulated when the engine is tilted.

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the layout for a 120 engine. If you shoot me a pic of yours, I will try to figure out what goes where.

Re: vaccum lines

o.k. if ound out that the missing vaccum line goes to crank case vaccum, when i bought the boat, from a dealer, they rebuilt the motor when i put $ down, they did a heck of a job, i've had it 10 years with no problems...anyway...that line had a screw in it, today when i hooked it up to the bottom vaccum connection of the bottom carb cover the rpms went way high too high?

Re: vaccum lines

That is because the engine was rigged with the one line blocked. Since I don't have a schematic for a 120, if it ran good with the vacuum line blocked, leave it blocked and run it.
